Brio Manor Board and Care
Joey
"Caring Assisted Living with Heart"
We visited with my wife to find a place for my very ill mother. We didn’t know about residential board and care homes. We wanted a cozy home, not an institution, for my ailing father’s final days. We spoke to the owner, [name removed], who was very helpful. The house was clean, warm, and the rooms were bigger than others we saw. They even evaluated my father at a skilled nursing facility. Sadly, he passed away before moving in, but they didn’t charge us. Brio Manor truly cares. I wish we’d placed my mother there sooner. Highly recommend!

"Brio Manor: Big Trucks, Barking Dogs, Bad Neighbors"
Brio Manor, newly moved into our quiet suburb, isn't making a great first impression. They constantly park huge vehicles like boats and massive trucks on our normally peaceful streets. These vehicles often stay for weeks on end, blocking visibility for drivers rounding the corner. On top of that, visitors to the facility irresponsibly block neighbors' mailboxes and even leave their loudly barking dogs in cars. Some have even taken to parking with their tires on the curb. With all the young visitors coming and going, Brio Manor feels less like an elderly home and more like a college fraternity house. With the ongoing outside chaos, it's hard to believe they provide quality care inside, no matter how much they claim. This facility has become an aggravating neighbor on our quiet street.
