"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
The assisted living community has friendly staff, a clean environment, and many Chinese-speaking residents and care workers. However, dealing with billing issues due to poor communication with the corporate office can be a nightmare for families. On the bright side, they’re willing to assist during the move-in process.

"Memory Care Missing"
This place is really nice with lots of cool stuff for the folks living there. The people who showed us around did a really good job and they answered all the stuff we wanted to know. But, they don't have the license for memory care, which is kind of a bummer. Still, I think it's worth going for a tour.

"Great atmosphere, pricey extras"
I really liked this place. It's super clean and the people are really nice. Plus, it's close to the Chinese community nearby, which is cool. The shared areas are really nice too. But there are a couple of things that bothered me. First, it's more expensive compared to other places I looked at. And second, if you want extra stuff, you have to pay for each thing separately, and it's kinda expensive too. I'm sure they do a great job, but it's just a little too expensive for me right now.

When we visited Brookdale Alhambra, we liked how it looked. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was really nice and gave us lots of information, but the place cost too much for us.

"Very nice and attentive staff"
I spend a lot of time at Evergreen Retirement Residence visiting my father-in-law, and they do a great job. Sometimes he gets a little confused, and when that happens they call us right away. They are good at communication and keeping us informed. In my opinion, they are nice and attentive. The nurses and all their staff really pay close attention to the residents. I think they are very, very nice. They are on top of things and do an excellent job.

"Insufficient Staff and Unpleasant Upstairs Air Quality"
I'm worried that every time my aunt needs help and rings her bell, it can take up to an hour for someone to respond. I'm not sure if there aren't enough staff or if they're just too busy, but something needs to change. I'm also not happy with how stuffy and strange-smelling the second floor is compared to the fresh air in the downstairs lobby.

"Decent Staff, Unfamiliar Food"
My relative stayed at this place for a bit. The meals served were too oriental, and this wasn't something they were accustomed to. They didn't feel the sense of family or positivity while living there. However, the workers were decent and they tried to make them feel slightly more relaxed. There were fun events and also a hairdresser present for residents who wanted it.

""Okay Spot for Basic Assisted Living Needs""
My mom stayed at this place for only a short while. It wasn't quite right for her. She needed more looking after than they could give. They didn't have a lot of fun stuff to do to keep her busy. They cleaned the place up as best they could, but it's an old building. It's a decent spot if you just need the bare minimum of assisted living. The workers were friendly and the food was pretty much normal.

"Review of Happy Haven Assisted Living in Lipa, PH"
I visited this assisted living facility, and it was well-organized with friendly staff. The patients seemed happy and content. The rooms looked clean and modern, although the hallway carpet needed replacing. The general manager, , was patient and informative—a caring man. I'll consider this place, but I'll also check out other options.

I feel like we could be getting more for our money here. The service isn't as great as it was at our old place and they really exaggerated about their recreational activities. They claimed to offer sculpting but all they have is play-dough.
