"Assisted Living Disappointment: Too Pricey, Lacking Care"
Our family member stayed at Cogir of North Bay for two months and mostly spent time in the hospital due to falling. After that, they were moved to board and care. The staff didn't seem enough for how big the place was. Our family member needed more help than we thought. They also didn't cooperate with staff or family. Plus, it's way too expensive for what they offer.

"Headline: "Appalling Customer Service and Care at Cogir of North Bay""
I can't understand why Cogir of North Bay is considered a top-notch nursing home or care facility. I would absolutely advise against letting a family member stay there. Their customer service and communication falls short and is only halfway decent at best. You'd expect them to be super understanding and supportive during a family's tough times. But, when we were getting our family member settled in, that wasn't our experience. They seem uncaring, disorganized, and don't prioritize responding to emails or calls. We're really let down by the low standard of care our family member and we have received. I wouldn't suggest Cogir of North Bay to anybody.

"Great value and layout; recommend locking in early for savings."
We locked in our price early to avoid paying more later. I really liked how everything is laid out, and the Head Chef convinced me to choose their meal plan. The setup reminds me of Embassy Suites, and having everything included saved me a lot of money. I would definitely tell others about this place.

Our family member lives at Cogir of North Bay Senior Living. Overall, everything has been good for her there. The place is very clean and the people are friendly. The care and activities are good. The staff is really great! They have worked very hard to help our family member, who sometimes doesn't want help. They are taking good care of her. We would tell our family and friends to consider this place.

"Great Move-In Deal; Parking an Issue; Facility Worth Considering"
Overall, things are going well. We got a great deal when we moved in because they had a special offer we couldn't say no to. The only problem is the parking. It's located down a small hill and there's only parking in the front. On busy days with lots of visitors, there aren't many options since it's on a busy street and parking along the street isn't allowed. Despite the parking issue, I think this place is definitely worth checking out.

"Comfortable and good value with room for activity groups"
Mom had a comfortable stay. For the price, it was a good place. It was quiet, cozy, and diverse. She thought the food was quite good. There weren't many activity groups, but they were open to residents starting their own if they wanted.
