"More Staff Needed at Assisted Living Activities and Cleanliness Praised"
They need more staff here than they currently have. It looks like there are new managers, owners, and workers. I think this will end up being a good deal for the money. There are plenty of things for residents to do here. The public areas are clean, but they should be cleaning my loved one's room, and because there aren't enough staff, they haven't been able to do this regularly. The bathing also needs to be done consistently.

It feels like home there. I hope they improve their office skills. They all know each other, the residents, and the community well. They pay close attention. The food choices for residents aren't very frequent.

I think Brookdale is a great place for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is good, and the community is clean. My mom enjoys her cozy apartment, even though it's far from the dining area. I'd recommend this community.

My client told me everything is going well. He likes his new place. He goes on outings with others and enjoys live music. The food is good. He can go out with friends for lunch. The staff is friendly. This was a good choice for him.

The person who showed us around this place was really nice. They have some fun activities available here. They provide transportation and let you have pets. This community was a bit bigger than what we wanted.

I visited Brookdale Orangevale and found it to be nice. I talked with them for a year, but they kept changing their representatives, which was a bit confusing. We didn't choose them because my mom needed a memory care unit, and they didn't offer one. Apart from that, it seemed like a nice place.

This seemed like a nice, clean community when I visited. The people I met were friendly and knowledgeable. They offered many activities. We chose a different community only because it was closer to us.

This place was super nice! The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The dining room had set meal times, which we found a bit inconvenient. But the menu was great! We especially liked having the option of a balcony or patio. Overall, a nice place!

"High Costs, Decreased Services: Brookdale Assisted Living Disappoints"
Brookdale has been increasing prices steadily for the past three years, with a 3% hike annually since our Mom moved in. Now they're planning even more increases, a whopping 7% starting in January! They claim it's for property improvements, but we're not convinced. On top of that, they're cutting staff hours to avoid paying benefits and reducing the number of skilled caregivers. This means less help for residents who need it most. Even the food service has taken a hit. Before choosing Brookdale, ask lots of questions and think twice before signing anything.

"Boxy apartments, but nice staff and clean community."
The studio apartment they showed us felt a bit too boxy. The staff I met were nice, and the community seemed clean.
