"Good staff but needs more supervision."
Our overall experience at Brookdale Paulin Creek Memory Care was good. The best part was the kind and caring staff. The problem was that there weren't enough staff to keep a close enough eye on my loved one. He was very busy and not sleeping much when he moved in. The memory care unit is clean. There are some activities, and there is usually music playing in the dining room.

The apartments are set up around 3 courtyards, which is a really special layout because most places for seniors don't have much landscaping at all.

"Renovation Disruption, Friendly Atmosphere Holds Promise"
The people who live here and the staff are really nice. The construction work to improve the building has been kind of a bother, but it's supposed to be much better once they finish everything.

The staff is amazing. The dining room is run professionally, and the servers are polite and open to all special requests. The landscaped courtyards are better than average. The whole building was just painted inside and out.
