"Safe and caring environment for loved ones; recommend despite bland food."
It's hard to know what changes your loved one will go through. It takes time for them to make friends and feel at home here. The food is plain and easy to chew, but it's a safe place for them to be taken care of. I would suggest it.

Our tour at Capistrano Senior Living was fine. The staff was very helpful and good. We chose a different place with a lighter and brighter atmosphere, where more residents were active in the common areas. At Capistrano, it was just really quiet, and there didn't seem to be much happening.

This place is pretty nice. Inside, it's bright and clean, all tidy. They have different care levels, so if you need memory care, you can stick around and switch to another part. The people working here are friendly and super nice.

"Comfortable and Helpful Assisted Living with Great Staff and Food"
My mom stayed at Brookdale San Juan Capistrano briefly before she passed away. During her time there, she felt really comfortable. The staff was super nice and always ready to help. They were friendly and easy to talk to. The dining area was really nice, and the food was great. My mom was picky about what she ate, so it was awesome to hear her say good things about the meals they served. The activities director was awesome. He even got my mom to join in some of the activities. Her favorite was I would definitely recommend Brookdale to my family and friends.

"Disgraceful Facility Prioritizes Money Over Proper Care"
This place is horrendous. Notice how they won't reveal the reviews unless you subscribe? It'd be almost the same as abandoning your beloved family member on a roadside rather than entrusting them here. The nurses deceitfully provide misinformation to the doctors and relatives. They invent unrealistic reasons to let go of your dear ones, especially if they actually need to get up off of their and complete their tasks. They don't have any concern for you or your family member, their sole interest is sedating them in order to snatch your cash, laze around and clatter idle talk. This facility truly disgraces America and humanity as a whole.
