"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living Facility"

My time here has been really nice. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome right away with a big smile when you arrive. The staff is really helpful and patient. If they can’t help you, they find someone who can. The atmosphere is wonderful with lots of laughter and happy faces all around. The building is always clean and nicely decorated for different seasons and holidays.

Sterling Court at Roseville is a neat, cozy community with friendly med techs. Just keep an eye on the billing.

"Caring Staff and Activities Make Dad's Home Comfortable"

Our dad has been at Sterling Court for almost four years. He really likes the caregivers and the people at the front desk. As his family, we appreciate that we can also join in on the fun activities. Lately, our dad hasn't been feeling well and now he stays in bed most of the time. But the caregivers and other staff, like the med techs, are really patient and make sure he gets everything he needs.

"Tiny Rooms Disappoint at Sterling Court Roseville"

We visited Sterling Court Roseville for a tour. It was nice and clean. But the rooms, especially the one-bedroom, were super small. Not big enough for what we needed, so we chose not to go with this place.

"Good choice for respite care, friendly staff, nice amenities."

I needed a place with respite care for my husband. We chose this community because they had an opening after recent fires. The staff checked on him often and were very polite. They helped him bathe and even got him a lift chair. His room had a TV, internet access, and there was a nice restaurant. I’d recommend this place to other families.

The staff were kind, considerate, and happy. My husband loved the activities and music. Housekeeping was great every day, with a positive attitude. The atmosphere was friendly.

My mom's doing great since she moved here. The staff is helpful, keeping the place clean and maintaining it well. Mom loves the activities and dining here. Recommend it.

"Great care with a few minor food improvements"

The care here is great. The staff is very respectful. The food is good but could use more flavor. I like that she can join activities with other residents. We would suggest this community to other families for their loved ones.

"My Visit: Mixed Impressions"

This place seemed nice and clean during our visit, but unfortunately, they didn’t have a two-bedroom available. The living areas were tiny, and it didn’t feel like an active community. The staff we met were friendly, though. I’d suggest checking it out.

When I visited Brookdale Sterling Court, I thought it was top-notch. The place was clean, and everyone was super friendly, but it cost more than we could afford at the moment. Also, we wanted to stay in a specific area.

"Mom settling in nicely at clean, organized assisted living facility!"

My mom had a tough time getting used to this place, but now she's doing okay. Some other folks here have been really helpful to her, showing her around and stuff. She's been getting involved in some of the activities, I think. And she hasn't called me asking for anything, which makes me feel relieved. I guess no news really is good news. The place is super clean and everything's in order. Actually, that's why we picked it in the first place.

"Fantastic Care Despite Confusing Changes!"

I’m really disappointed with the higher-ups here. The staff in the dementia care unit work incredibly hard and provide fantastic care. They don’t get paid enough for their efforts. [Removed] has been very helpful with the confusing billing structure. I was very upset when I learned they let her go, as she was so helpful. The problem seems to be with the directors and corporate superiors who have made changes, not the staff. Despite these changes, the staff is doing their best. The staff is great and provides excellent care in the dementia area. She has been very helpful with the confusing billing structure. They’re taking great care of her, and the care is outstanding. I think they don’t get paid enough.

"Residents Thrive with Everything"

The staff is super friendly, always smiling, and really know their stuff. The food options are great, and the place is as clean as a top-notch hotel. With a full-time nurse, plenty of activities, and even a beauty salon, it's like being treated as a special guest. Highly recommend!

We visited this place and the people there were really nice and caring. The place was clean and looked after well. They had different kinds of meals to choose from which was good. We also liked the activities they had. We think families should check it out themselves if they're looking for a good place to take care of a loved one.

"Highly Recommend Brookdale!"

I would definitely recommend this Brookdale. When we first toured it, we knew Mom would be comfortable here. The place is very clean, and housekeeping cleans my mom’s apartment once a week. She says she’s never seen a bathroom shine like that! When she first moved in, she was on the second floor, but as soon as there was an opening on the first floor, she moved there. The maintenance man, [Removed], helped us move, so we didn’t need to call family for help. [Removed], the nurse, is very nice. We are happy with our choice.

"Not Quite What Mom Needed"

The Brookdale place was okay, but there were more men than women. Also, the person showing us around only talked to my brother and me, which made my mom feel like he didn't care about her needs.

"Insight Into the Community"

They were a nice community. When we visited, I saw a pleasant place. The staff provided sufficient information about the facility. Although I didn't try any meals, upon observing the community, I felt it wasn't the right fit for us due to the high move-in cost. It also lacked accommodations for our needs.

Brookdale Sterling Court is a really nice place. They work hard to keep it clean, and the care staff is super friendly. The administrative staff is a bit disorganized, but overall, we enjoy living here.

"Happy Respite Stay"

My mom stayed at this assisted living facility for a short respite visit. During her stay, she seemed happy and did well. The staff was very nice and made sure she felt comfortable. Mom enjoyed the tasty food and made new friends while socializing with other residents.

Our loved one has been at Brookdale Sterling Court for a short time, but our experience has been great so far! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they’ve been doing an excellent job caring for Dad. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and it feels like a really nice place overall!

"Really pleased with the care and service at this community"

Brookdale Sterling Court is taking great care of my Grandpa. The staff genuinely cares about the residents. They closely watched his adjustment, checked how he was doing, how he was getting along with others, and kept me informed. They went the extra mile. When he had a non-injury fall, their regular safety checks helped them find him quickly. He’s safe there. Although my Grandpa doesn’t join in many activities, he did try the exercise classes but found them too advanced. The food is decent but a bit bland. They puree his meals and meet his dietary needs. He can eat whenever he wants, not just at set times. Overall, I’m really happy with this place. A Place For Mom made everything so much easier.

"My Pop's New Assisted Living Adjustment"

I visited this place alone and was so impressed that I brought my Pop to check it out and give his approval. Before, he was living in a Board and Care home with only 5 other people who weren’t very social and had to share a bathroom. He seemed happy with the size and features of his studio. I asked if he wanted to use his own furniture or rent some, and he chose to use his own to save money. After setting up his place with his own things, he realized he might never go back home and that this could be his new home. He’s adjusting to this idea, but it’s been a bit tough for him. "Disorganized Staff With Major Communication Issues"

The staff here is a real mess. They've completely forgotten about multiple meetings I scheduled with them. They've got problems when it comes to charging, too. On top of that, when there was a crisis situation, they ended up calling the wrong emergency contact. To be quite frank, I'm not too pleased so far.

"Confident Mom is in a Caring, Comfortable Place"

From the first moment we walked in, we knew this place was different. There was no "old people" smell or uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, and the food is so good that our family enjoys having dinner with Mom. I thought it would be tough to leave on my last day, but the staff genuinely cares about her. They handled small issues with a friendly call. I feel confident Mom is in a good place.

My parents really like Brookdale Sterling Court! Moving in was easier than I expected. The staff is excellent and the care is wonderful. They enjoy the food here. The decor and atmosphere are great. My parents can move around and hang out comfortably. It's a lovely place.

"Good Facility, But No Welcome Pack and Unfriendly Residents"

The place was really good. But when my mom moved in, nobody gave her a guide or showed her around, which felt unwelcoming. I think they should have provided a welcome pack or something. Despite this, I thought it was a great spot. The community was okay, but my mom wanted to make friends and socialize. The other people living there were mean and not nice. I'm giving this place three stars." .

"Very attentive to all our needs"

They have been very attentive to all our needs and requests. The only thing I can think of where they might improve is the food. It’s healthy but bland, probably because of dietary restrictions like low salt. My father is very happy at Brookdale Sterling Court, and we highly recommend them.

"Nice place, overall"

Our family member hasn't been here for long, but overall, Brookdale Sterling Court does a good job. The place looks nice, and the staff has been very friendly. However, we've had some trouble with their medication service, which hasn't been as reliable as we hoped.

"Retaining Staff Kindness, Improvement Needed in Consistency and Management"

I'm glad that my mom's memory care team at the assisted living center is caring and kind. They create a nurturing setting that meets her needs. However, there certainly are aspects they need to better. There's been several changes, leading to inconsistencies. My mom suffers from Alzheimer's and needs her medicine regularly. At times, she resists taking it and it seems like the staff doesn't fully realize that the doctor's orders should override her choice to take or not take her meds. My girl lives nearby and the assisted living center often turns to her for help, like picking up medications. This can be inconvenient and I believe the center should handle these tasks on their own. Also, there have been some problems with the billing processes, indicating possible incompetence in their accounting department.

"They Take Excellent Care of Their Residents"

They take great care of their residents. The food is really good too. The activities are nice, but I think they could add a few more fun things for some residents. The only issue we had was with getting the paperwork to the insurance company on time. Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend them.

My overall experience is definitely a five plus. The community is very clean. The staff is super helpful. It's in a convenient location with plenty of parking. You can trust the people who help out. Trust is very important for a good experience.

I’ve only been here a few months, but it's great! The cost is high, but it’s definitely worth it. After looking at our options, the availability and price were key. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are also great with visitors and family, making us feel at home. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience!

"Nice place, but cramped studios"

Awesome spot! The staff and place were super nice, just like the Folsom one. But, uh-oh, only tiny studios available now no room to stretch! And the bathroom? No counter space. Not my top pick.

"Big place with cozy spots and VA benefits accepted"

This is a big place with plenty of spots to relax. You can sit and watch TV, enjoy the outdoors in gazebos, or have a meal in the large dining room. They also accept VA benefits, and the testimonials are really good.
