"Caring Assisted Living with Affordable Pricing"
I think it's a really nice place, and I feel good about my mom being there. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and they even adjusted the price for my mom because she doesn't have much money.

"Excellent care and amenities, highly recommended for seniors."
I visited this assisted living place with my grandma and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was really nice and seemed to genuinely care about the residents. The rooms were clean and cozy, and they had a lot of activities for the seniors to do. My grandma particularly enjoyed the bingo nights and the exercise classes. The food was pretty good, too, and they had a nice dining area where everyone could sit together. Overall, it felt like a safe and happy place for seniors to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place for their loved ones.

"Good Care, Stay Involved, Fun Activities"
The first month our family member moved into the home, it was a bit of a test. They didn’t seem to get a lot of attention at first. We understand the place was short on staff and they were also getting new leaders. But, the person in charge of health and wellness now is awesome! She’s really good and wonderful. Whenever we have questions or problems, she takes care of them right away. She’s always got everything under control, which has made a big difference. If your family member doesn’t need much help, this home would work for them. Brookdale offers all the help you need, but you have to make sure they’re actually doing it. Plus, our family member has a great time with all the activities they have.

"Mixed Experience at Brookdale Windsor"
My family member stayed briefly at Brookdale Windsor. He got sick and had to move to another place. The staff at Brookdale Windsor took good care of him. They were friendly and caring. He couldn't enjoy the meals or join the activities there. He spent a lot of time outside the community, so he didn't fully adjust to his new home. The staff made sure he took his medicine on time. We're not sure if he'll come back after rehab.

"Short Stay at Caring Community"
My family member stayed briefly at Brookdale Windsor. He got sick, so we moved him elsewhere. While there, the staff were nice and took good care of him. He couldn't enjoy meals or join activities. He was often outside the community and wasn't fully used to his new place. But they made sure he took his medication on time. We're not sure if he'll come back after rehab.

"My mom’s care and the location are perfect."
I’m happy with the care my mom gets here. The meals are great, and she enjoys the variety. I also like the fun activities she can join. It’s nice that she can go on short trips too. We would recommend this community for its good care and value. Plus, it’s closer, so we can visit more often.

"A Friendly Community with Some Limitations"
I took a pleasant tour of this community. Everything looked neat and tidy, and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my mom's needs at the moment. Overall, it's a great place for the right person.

"Friendly Staff, Clean Community - Not Perfect Fit for Mom"
I visited this place and it was nice. It looked clean and tidy, and the people who work there were really nice and friendly. But it didn't have everything my mom needed right now. Still, it seems like a good place for someone else who needs what they offer.

"Nice, but smaller than expected; friendly staff and activities."
This is a nice community, though a bit smaller than we wanted. The staff is very kind and helpful. They offer activities for those who want to join. I would recommend this care to others.

"Decent Facility with Active Residents and Roomy Studios"
My Aunt just moved in here, but I think she's gonna like it. The place looks nice. People living here seem outgoing and pleasant. Her one-room apartment has lots of space.

"Lack of Promised Medical Care at Brookdale Windsor"
The Brookdale Windsor said they'd have certain medical services, but they didn't. I paid for better care but didn't get it.

"Great Place for Mom with Friendly Staff and Activities"
We moved my mom here after her old place closed. We got almost the same rate as before. The place is really nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly. Chancellor offers lots of activities and onsite physical therapy. The food is healthy, with small portions, and it has helped my mom get healthier. She got a great room on the ground floor, close to the dining hall. There's also a wonderful garden in the back that's easy to get to. Overall, I'm very impressed!

"Great Improvement with Friendly Staff and Good Food"
We moved my mom here after her old place closed. We managed to get her into this place for nearly the same cost. The residence is very nice and clean, and the staff is wonderful. They are all really friendly! Chancellor offers many more opportunities for my mom, like various activities and on-site physical therapy. The food is healthy and in small portions, which has helped improve my mom’s health since she moved in. She now lives in a great ground-floor room, close to the dining hall. There’s also a lovely garden in the back that’s easy to access. Overall, I’m very impressed!

"Mixed Feelings About Small Assisted Living Facility"
It was a tiny place, and I had my doubts because it was super quiet and lacked energy. They had these huge trash cans in the hallways. The price was lower, but there were too many things that bothered me.

"Less Costly, But Lacking in Appealing Features"
The place was tiny, and I wasn't sure how I felt about it because it was so silent and didn't have a great atmosphere. Large trash cans were out in the corridors. Even though it was cheaper, there were just too many things that I didn’t really like about it.

"Super helpful, but needed two-bedroom"
They were super helpful with what we needed, but they only had a one-bedroom available. We needed a two-bedroom.
