"Incompetent Management Declines Senior Home Quality"
My mom's been here for 7 years and I've seen the ups and downs. The new management is terrible, evidently money-hungry. We've cycled through many administrators but the latest one was amazing! She was very helpful and truly kind. But after the staff was hit with covid, she was gone as if it was her mistake. Now they've put a lady in charge who doesn't have a proper education and seems to like making the elderly folks unhappy. There are no nurses around and the lady who's running things isn't suited for this job. They don't have any sort of activities and the food isn't so great. The memory care manager seems lazy and just sits around all day eating. Also, the place is getting messy, which is a big change. I want to move my mom away, but options are slim where we live. Truly look at every detail before putting your loved one here. I didn't use to regret our decision, but now I do.

"Navigating Pandemic Challenges at Assisted Living"
The community seems nice and respectful. It’s tough to judge during the pandemic since I have no comparison. They’re limited by pandemic restrictions.

"Safe, Happy Senior Living with Independence and Careful Attention"
My mom, who's over 100, chose to move from living alone to a senior home. She's been at Siskiyou Springs for over three years in a one-bedroom apartment. She's well taken care of, though she mostly lives independently and doesn't need much help. The residents eat together and can join in different activities. The staff are friendly and really care about the people they help. They bring in outside entertainment, which is nice. Before COVID, they took the residents on weekly trips to Wal Mart, Raley's, and restaurants. I hope these trips can start again soon. Mom feels safe and happy at Siskiyou Springs, which helps me worry less about her.

"Assisted Living Review"
We moved my Mom into Siskiyou Springs about three weeks ago. I was worried about whether she'd like it here. The first time we talked to her, she sounded really happy, which made us feel better. The facility is really nice, and all the staff are very attentive. So far, we are really happy that we chose Siskiyou Springs. It's comforting to know that our Mom is safe, happy, and well taken care of during this tough time. We would definitely recommend Siskiyou Springs for elder memory care. Thank you.

"Doubtful Care and Untrustworthy Practices at Assisted Living Facility"
Be careful before choosing this place. It may appear attractive and the sales representatives might be super nice. However, it doesn't have enough staff members. Besides, their medical staff doesn't work effectively. The workers are not polite. Medicine schedules are not followed. Doctor's appointments are not completed either. They even confessed to destroying papers. Double-check to look into this firm across the country. I couldn't advise anyone to stay here.
