"Showed up unannounced, told 'no room', heard positive feedback"

Showed up without warning. The worker at the door said they're full. The inside seemed pretty dark from the entrance. Couldn't hear any sounds or conversations. As I was leaving, a lady tending her car told me her mom has lived there for many years, seems super satisfied with the staff and the services.
