I think this place has lots of cool stuff and the people who work here are nice and helpful. They can change things up to fit what you need, like watching over you and food. We picked it because it's in a good spot and the buildings are newer and look nicer than other places.

"Unbearable living conditions, neglected residents and pest infestations"
Don't send anyone you care about there. There's no personal space; staff bring along their children on the weekend who are then with them as they assist resident. They serve cold sandwiches for dinner. Medications aren't provided when needed. I ended up cleaning the room and bathroom myself during the month and a half stay; they only cleaned it once. The place was infested with ants and water roaches. There's more I could say, but overall it was a really bad experience.

We checked out the California Mission Inn for our family members. The tour itself was okay, but interacting with them afterward was difficult. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The staff is awful and they don't communicate well.

California Mission Inn is a lovely place to live with many positive aspects. They sometimes have staffing shortages and recently changed management, which can be concerning. Despite this, they are trying their hardest, showing potential. The community is very clean, and when we visit, the staff are welcoming. They communicate well about medications. They offer numerous activities; we even heard about a delightful Easter brunch recently.

My loved one is doing really well at this place. The staff take good care of him and I feel good knowing he's in a safe place. They keep us informed about how he's doing and any changes. He likes the food and enjoys the activities they have each week.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises"
This place is okay, but not great. I thought the services would be better, but they're not what they promised during the first visit. I paid extra for help with my mom's dressing and other tasks, but she often complains that she doesn't get enough assistance because there aren't enough caregivers. Whenever I visit at different times, I find her room messy and her not fully dressed. It's not fair that the facility doesn't have enough staff to help the residents properly.

They did a great job with the paperwork for my uncle. It was super easy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They made it simple for him to get used to the place. Everyone there is really nice. The administration is kind and accommodating.

We've had a pretty good experience at California Mission Inn! The place is kept clean, and the staff are friendly. The food is good, and there's always enough for everyone. But they need more staff, and the building looks a bit old. They say they'll remodel soon.
