"Canyon View Lacks Warmth and Connection"
Residents get fed and changed, but there's no social interaction. At another place, the staff were kind and caring, and the ladies thrived. Canyon View is different—they just do their job.

"Quiet Atmosphere, Needs More Engagement for Residents"
This place is nice, staff is nice too. But nobody's really doing anything. Everyone seems tired or just sitting around. I don't think it's good for my mom. She likes talking to people and being active.

"Canyon View: Clean, Friendly, and Lovely Patio!"
I looked everywhere in Santa Clarita Valley for a Board and Care place for my mom. Many were full, dirty, or not what she wanted. But Canyon View was clean, with friendly staff who communicate well. My mom even has a roommate she can talk to, and they have a lovely patio with a landscaped backyard.

"Assisted Living Needs More Cheerful Activities"
The people working there were nice, but the place seemed sad. Nothing fun was happening, and that might make the people with memory problems feel less worried.

"Caring Staff, Dim Space"
The place was neat and well-arranged. The staff greeted us warmly, answered our questions, and gave helpful advice. Esther stood out for her kindness and attention to residents’ health. She even adjusted the menu based on preferences. Unfortunately, there weren’t any activities, and the living area lacked brightness.
