"Poor amenities, communication and location mar this assisted living facility."
This place seriously lacks any sort of fun activities. People living here either stay by themselves in their rooms or relax in the living room, but the TV often doesn't work. The care workers don’t chat with the residents, except when it’s time to eat or if someone needs help right away. There's absolutely zero excitement. According to my family member, the food they serve is usually barely fit to eat. The place is mostly clean, but they don't do a good job in maintaining things like lights and bathrooms. The staff can be really hard to comprehend, even for someone with good hearing; my family member can't figure out what they're saying most of the time. The place is located in a pretty worn-down neighborhood, right next to a super noisy highway. All in all, this place gives off a gloomy vibe.
