"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short: Needs Improvements"
The place had lots of problems. The people who lived downstairs had to use a stair lift to go upstairs. They made sure everyone got upstairs every day, but if someone wanted to stay in their room, there wasn't anyone around. The room we saw was partly private, but we wanted a completely private one. The bathroom looked old, and there was some mold in the grout. The facility can hold 18 people, but only 16 were there when we visited. Our usual contact person wasn't there because of MLK day, so a helper showed us around quickly. She was nice and said if we wanted more info, we should call back on the 17th.

"Noisy Environment but Caring Staff: Mixed Feelings on Senior Living"
I really liked all the staff at this place. Norma is super friendly, and her niece Sheila, who runs the home, is wonderful. She's always happy and upbeat, and she's also a nurse. The room was really big and clean, with amazing views and a balcony outside. I think they take really good care of their residents, who have different health needs. There are staff members awake and on duty all night.
