"Disappointed in Assisted Living Facility's Inadequate Care"
Being new to the whole assisted living experience, we were really disappointed in the care provided at this facility. We found the staff to be less informed than others we've encountered. We told them upfront that our loved one had suffered a stroke, leaving her bedbound, incontinent, and with minimal movement on her left side. We're unsure about whether any real bond was established between our loved one and the staff. The facility made it clear they wouldn't provide care during the night, suggesting instead that we permit them to administer sleeping pills to our loved one to prevent her from disturbing the staff. We had hoped they would be honest with us about their ability to provide the care needed, but it became clear they were simply not equipped to do so. We also noticed a glaring lack of physical therapy or any kind of stimulating activities for the residents. Frankly, we were let down.

"Nice but Oddly Designed Assisted Living, Nicer Option More Expensive"
Like the owner, he's smart. The place is put together well, looks good and is clean and tidy. But the rooms are really tiny and the layout of the house is pretty odd - you have to pass through one bathroom to get to another one. Spotted another spot 3 blocks away that is way nicer, including a room with its own bathroom, but it costs a lot - $7k per month.

"No Effort to Accommodate Elderly Client, Failed Tour Experience"
I stopped by at the arranged time for the tour, but they refused to let us see the place and insisted that our appointment was at 4:30. They made zero effort to help us out. My mom is 89, so we just didn't bother returning.

I showed up when they told me to, but they refused to let us look around. They said my time was 4:30 and told us to come back later. They made no effort to help us out, and because my mom is 89, we didn't bother to return.

"Very Happy with the Care and Facility"
Everything is going great for my loved one. The staff feeds him better than the last place. He is well taken care of and seems to be adjusting well. I’m happy with everything. The staff is very responsive; if I have questions, I can talk to someone quickly and get answers. Even though the facility is a house, it is well-decorated, spacious, and feels like a professional home, not just a room in a house.
