"“Casa Alice: Beautifully Renovated, But in a Less Desirable Neighborhood”"

Casa Pastel is a really nice place, but they don’t have any rooms available. Now there’s a new place called Casa Alice, which they’ve fixed up beautifully, but it’s in a not-so-great neighborhood. We’re still thinking about it, and we might take my dad there soon if they still have rooms.
