"Great Tour and Excellent Care"

I had a great tour here. The staff is really friendly. This place feels like home and they take good care of everyone. The meals are delicious and there’s a lot to choose from. They also have fun activities to join. I totally recommend this place for its care and value.

"Champine Manor: A Homey and Caring Place"

I moved my mom into Champine Manor just four days before she had to go to the hospital and sadly passed away. It was a tough time, but having her at Champine Manor with staff who cared about her and made her comfortable was priceless for my peace of mind. Serby, the owner, was very attentive to my mom's wishes. I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again. It feels like home!

"Amazing care, friendly staff, cozy place, lots of activities."

The care each resident gets is incredible. The staff is fantastic and treats everyone like family. The place is cozy and comfortable. There are lots of activities and the food is great too.

"Champine Manor: A True Home for Mom"

Mom wasn't doing well at the local Brookdale facility, which is much bigger than Champine Manor. Brookdale moved her into memory care, but I got her out, and now she's doing great at Champine Manor. In just two months, she's improved a lot. This place feels like home, and you're treated like a guest. Kathryn and Serby have done an amazing job. They give personal attention to each resident, which really works. They know what's going on and how to customize care. It's easy to get lost in big senior centers, but not here. My mom smiles now. At Brookdale, she cried, and they called it dementia and locked her up. The staff here is great and truly caring. It's like a real family. Serby is a chef, and Mom loves the food. Kathy is a nurse and is helping Mom get back to herself. I highly recommend Champine Manor.

"Wonderful Experience at Champine Manor - Escondido, CA"

Champine Manor is in a beautiful spot with a nice home for residents. The food is good, and the atmosphere is comfy. All the residents are well cared for, and visitors are always welcome! The manor's dog, Roxy the yorkiepoo, entertains everyone with her funny antics. The staff does an excellent job taking care of the residents. :)

From the moment we visited Champine Manor, we knew it was the perfect place for my husband. The friendly owners and staff are amazing and always do extra to make everyone feel welcome. My husband is getting top-notch care at Champine Manor.

"Nice place, but room was too small for us."

I really liked it, but the available room was too small for my loved one and might upset her. The food was good, and the staff knew a lot about dementia.

"Highly recommended—terrific facility and staff!"

I found the owner and the team extremely helpful and accommodating. The facility was great, and we looked at several other places. If my relatives needed a spot in the San Diego area, I would definitely recommend this place. They were fantastic!

"Nice place, overall!"

My loved one has been here briefly. Gardens at Park Balboa is clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of activities. I wish they would encourage residents to participate more.

Christine Bird from A Place for Mom really helped us find the best place for my mom. I was so worried about the move, but it turned out to be super smooth. Moving day was calm and comforting, thanks to Serby and her amazing team. We love everything about Woodlands Hills Manor and are very happy with our choice.

Woodland Hills Manor is a beautiful home with amazing views all around. We were so happy with the care and overall atmosphere. Our meeting with Serby confirmed our thoughts. She is very experienced, smart, and caring. It's so comforting to know your parent is valued. Plus, the location is super convenient. We think it will be a great fit.

"Woodland Hills Manor is a beautiful place with great care"

Woodland Hills Manor is a lovely place with amazing views all around. We were really happy with the care and the overall atmosphere. Our meeting with Serby today made us even more sure. She was smart, caring, and knew a lot about everything. We think this place will be perfect.
