"Loneliness and Staff Shortage at Assisted Living Facility"
I think the assisted living facility lacks support and has too few staff members. When I call, they don't answer, and it's really difficult to reach them. Some of the staff are very nice, while others seem strict. People I talked to didn't give them good reviews. My loved one feels lonely and spends a lot of time in their room with not much happening.

"Great place with caring staff and good value for money"
This community offers great value for the money. The staff is kind and caring. My loved one enjoyed it so much they want to go back. The staff was very helpful when we needed to change care units for my loved one.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
My sister's been at Citrus Court for a year. Cleaning's inconsistent; I often ask for better mopping in her room. Many staff smoke outside; now residents smoke indoors. The rule against smoking indoors should be followed since vents connect rooms. Management changed recently; hoping for quick improvement.

"Dreadful Assisted Living Facility: Neglected Residents, Broken AC"
This is certainly the poorest assisted living facility I've ever encountered. There's a significant lack of staff, leading to insufficient supervision. Consequently, the residents are grossly neglected. To make matters worse, the air conditioning is perpetually broken, adding to an already uncomfortable environment. The people running the place are unnecessarily rude, and seem to be completely out of touch with the issues plaguing the facility. They're ill-equipped to manage such an establishment. I strongly advise against entrusting the care of your loved ones to this facility.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
My family appreciated the care provided during my loved one's brief stay. Good food, friendly residents, and a well-maintained building. However, he preferred being at home.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Prep and Appearance"
It was tough to find parking, and even though we had an appointment, they seemed surprised we were coming. Compared to the other places we looked at, this one was not as nice.

Dissatisfied Customer
"Summary: Facility's Negligent Services Cause Dismay and Tragedy"
This place is just awful. Our family member kept losing clothes here, and we'd often spot others wearing them when we visited. They never bring the residents outside. They only sit them in front of a TV that's constantly on repeat. We knew a lady who moved here capable of walking and talking. However, every time we visited, she'd just be silently sitting in a wheelchair. She eventually died from an infection caused by stepping on a nail. The dining room is made up of 6 card tables that seem like they've been picked up from garage sales. The living spaces are tiny to an extent where there's barely any room to move a wheelchair. They also have a strange rule against all items made of glass, even picture frames have to be without glass.

"Nice place, wrong location."
I went to this place. It's pleasant, but Hemet isn't the best location.
