"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Maintenance and Communication"
The floors didn't match, and the place wasn't as neat. Also, talking was hard for our family member.

"Everything’s Going Well"
Everything’s been pretty good so far. The place is clean, and the people are friendly. It’s as good as where she was before, just in a better location for us.
