"Serious Negligence: Beware of Claremont Manor Assisted Living"
The Claremont Manor is very misleading and almost deadly for my mom. Nurses don't update family, miss UTI signs, and ignore them... If it wasn't for outside caretakers and family watching, my mom would've died. I'm sure others have too because of neglect.

"Beautiful Assisted Living Near Claremont Village"
It was really nice and showed me around even when I asked last minute. The place is beautiful, and I love how close it is to Claremont Village. I can imagine my parents strolling there or enjoying the restaurants and farmer's market. The facilities were pretty good too.

"A Pleasant Place Near Claremont Village"
The staff was friendly and showed me around even on short notice. The location is pretty, close to Claremont Village, where my parents could walk, people-watch, and enjoy restaurants and the farmer’s market. The facilities were nice too.

"Not the Right Fit for My Loved One"
Our experience wasn't great. Some staff members were a bit rude. Plus, it cost more than the place we switched to, which is better for my loved one. Overall, not the right fit.

"Experience Not Great - Staff Snobby, Too Pricey "
This didn't really work out for us. A few employees seemed pretty stuck-up. Plus, they charged more than the place we eventually chose, which treats my family member better. All in all, this wasn't the best choice for us.

"It's Nice, but Pricey"
The assisted living facility is really nice, but it's on the expensive side—more than what we can afford. My mom's friends at Claremont Manor love it there. The place is beautiful, with great grounds and a fantastic staff. If your budget allows, it could be a wonderful choice.

"Lack of Compassionate Care for Medical-needs Residents"
If you're an independent senior who doesn't require medical care, you might enjoy this community where meals are cooked for you and even lightbulbs are replaced by others. However, if you're seeking a place that offers smart and caring medical or dementia care, I'd advise you to consider other options. Apart from a few, it appears that the nurses who are meant to care for independent and assisted living residents are more focused on making their own lives easier, rather than the residents' lives.

"Great for self-sufficient seniors, not for medical or memory care"
This place is great for seniors who can take care of themselves and just want meals made for them and someone to change their lightbulbs. If you're looking for a place that really looks after your medical needs or your memory problems with smarts and sympathy, I recommend looking somewhere else. Most of the nurses here only seem to care about making their own lives easier, not the residents'. There are only a couple of nurses who are different.

"Friendly Staff and Lively Dining at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff and residents I talked to were really friendly. The dining area was lively and cheerful, and the food was tasty. (I had dinner there to try it out.) It seems like a good community of people. I want to visit again to check out assisted living and memory care because I only asked about independent living during my short visit.

"Large Facility with Memory Care in Small House Setting"
Large place. They keep memory care patients in a small house. Not a huge fan of the small house style, but folks in there seemed content. They asked for $1,000 to add her to the waiting list.
