"Rude staff, unhelpful with appointments, wouldn't recommend."
I phoned the place before I made my trip there. The guy who picked up my call was unhelpful and did not even try connecting me to [name] or ask anyone if they knew about my planned visit. He simply informed me that there were no vacancies and couldn't understand why I'd be making the trip to such a busy place. I found him to be very impolite. I really hope he treats the folks living there better, but I definitely wouldn't want my family member to be around him. 0
