"Poor Service and Lockdown Issues Mars Assisted Living Experience!"
The folks who work here didn't really support my family member. They made a bunch of mistakes with my loved ones' stuff and arrangements. Plus, they lock their doors when people go out, which is tough if they need to get back in. It feels more like a prison than a home. I don't think it's the right fit for people with stronger abilities. However, the outdoor spaces look super nice and they do have some good activities for my loved one. Two staffers, Christine and Sherie, kept me updated all the time, but the rest of the team seemed helpless. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone else.

The house felt nice with friendly people. It was a bit messy, and I worry about Dad navigating with his wheelchair.
