Mom is doing great there. She wishes others were as engaged as she is, but she is well cared for, and we haven’t had any medical issues since she’s been there. We’ve been very happy with Laura and her staff. The place is extremely clean with no odors, even in the bathroom. The staff has been wonderful. They know Mom has had a hard time adjusting because she’s not with family, but they’ve tried to become like family to her, which has been very nice. They spend a lot of time with her. They handle all her supplies, which we pay for separately, but it’s no more than what we would have spent. They also take care of her medications. This has been a relief, and it's nice to visit and take Mom out. They are very accommodating to family outings, so we can get her out more. It’s been great.
