"No Good: Language issues, missed appointments, and neglectful ownership"
This place is no good, even for a pet. There's a big language problem and they totally ignored our appointment. The boss says he was there the day before, but he clearly can't see what's going on. I can't waste my words on such a horrible place. I can't imagine my mom being happy or looked after properly here.

"Unappealing Facility with Language Barrier Issue"
The place wasn't to my liking - dreary, tight, and worn out. Plus, there was a bothersome language issue.
