"Avoid Crestavilla Memory Care for Advanced Dementia Patients"
I need to share my experience with Crestavilla's memory care. My relative was there for a few years, but they weren't able to take care of him because of his advanced dementia. They even admitted to not having enough staff and asked us to pay extra for more nursing care. They first accepted him at the facility, but as his condition got worse, they kicked him out. They tried to get us to move by massively increasing our fees and when that didn't work, they evicted him. After being forced out because he needed more care than they could provide, we had to move him to another place. It turned out to be a really upsetting change for him. I would advise against choosing Crestavilla's Memory care for your loved ones with severe dementia.

"Mixed Experience in Crestavilla Assisted Living"
We picked Crestavilla because it's an amazing, modern, beautiful place with everything you need. At first, they didn't give her the medication she needed for three months. You have to remind them to clean, or they might forget. It can be tough to reach someone with questions or concerns. Overall, though, my mom really enjoys living here, and I would recommend it to others.

"Expensive but Nice"
The place seems nice, but it costs a little too much.
