"Amazing ocean views and friendly staff in a beautiful setting"
This place is beautiful! The ocean views are amazing, and the outdoor patios, decks, and sitting areas are great. They don’t have regular apartments only studios, but some are really spacious. The Memory Care unit has fantastic outdoor patios and gardens. The staff all seem very friendly.

"Expensive and Inconvenient"
I visited this place, and it was clean. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. But it cost more than other options and wasn’t very convenient for families.

"Attentive Staff, but Needs Better Dementia Care"
The staff answer all my questions and worries pretty well. Still, getting used to this place hasn't been super simple. I thought my mom, who's dealing with dementia, might get a tiny bit more attention here. I've found myself needing to step in more than I figured I would.

"Spotless, promising tour; planning visit with Dolores."
I had a great tour. Everything was spotless, and Dolores might like it. I’ll review the brochure with Dolores and plan a visit.

"Good Assisted Living, Poor Memory Unit, Unmet Timing Requests"
The assisted living center was pretty good, but the memory care section wasn't as great. Ultimately, they didn't meet our certain requests for respite times.

"Wonderful Care and Activities, Despite My Father's Illness"
Thank you, Crown Cove, for giving my father a chance to live in such a loving and caring place. Sadly, he didn't recover from his illness and couldn't fully enjoy all the great activities you offer. I hoped he would join in musical events, karaoke, parties, movie nights, and outings. He loved playing the piano and would have made many new friends here. The staff was always kind and respectful, asking how everyone was doing with a smile. Living by the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by such warmth and care, was a special experience. I’m grateful for the kindness and respect shown to my father during his final days. God bless you all.

"Raising The Bar and Exceeding All Expectations... A Place You Will Call Home."
Dear Crown Cove, I want to thank you for giving my father a loving and caring environment during his final days. Although he couldn't fully enjoy the exciting daily activities due to his illness, I appreciate your efforts. When choosing an assisted living facility, I hoped he could socialize through music, karaoke, parties, movies, meals with friends, and outings. He loved playing the piano and making others happy. The staff, from the front desk to the caregivers, were amazing—always friendly and respectful. Living by the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by love, truly made this chapter special. God bless you all.

"They genuinely care and treat everyone with respect and kindness."
The staff are very helpful and comforting. The facility is beautiful and doesn’t feel like an institution. The staff seem genuinely caring and follow a strong belief in treating everyone with kindness, respect, and dignity. The food is okay; residents like it, but it could be more creative and less overcooked. They offer many activities and provide a daily schedule of events from morning to night. They also have a bus for doctor appointments and fun outings. Recently, they touched up the paint, making everything look even nicer. The place overlooks the ocean and the gardens are lovely.

"Enjoyable Visit with Accessible Showers"
I really enjoyed this place. I got to meet the owners, who gave me a nice tour and introduced me to all the staff. The shower setup here is better than at the Inn at the Park. Unlike there, where all the showers had a step or ledge, this place is more accessible for my mom.

"Luxury Hotel Feel with Top-Notch Care and Great Location"
This place is fantastic! It feels like a luxury hotel or cruise, which is perfect for my parents. The staff are super attentive they know everyone’s name and make us feel welcome. There are lots of activities and programs with lots of chances to interact. They have physical therapy and a hair salon right there, and nurses are available 24/7, with doctors coming almost every day. The rooms are small, but residents can bring their own furniture and even paint the walls to make it feel like home. The location is great too, in downtown Corona Del Mar, so it's easy to walk to stores and boutiques. They also have a shuttle for senior center visits and doctor's appointments, and getting to Los Alamitos is a breeze.
