"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Experience"

I visited this place while searching for somewhere for my Mom. It's led by a retired nurse who seemed nice and knowledgeable. However, it was not good. The smell of urine was strong. The workers looked like they didn't have enough help, and all the people living there seemed out of it. The building itself looked old and the furniture was old and worn out. It was all just bad and made me want to leave quickly. I wouldn't tell others to go here.
