"Incompetent Staff Led to Terrible Experience at Cyecrest Home"
My dad stayed at Cyecrest Guest Home and it was awful. The people working there just didn't know what they were doing. Like, they actually asked us to handle it when my dad fell out of bed, instead of calling the firefighters like they should have. I would definitely tell others to stay away from this place.

"Money Over People at Cyecrest"
We didn’t like Cyecrest. It seemed like they cared more about money than people.
