"Assisted Living Falls Short for Mom's Needs"
The people who work here were friendly and showed us around. The place was neat and tidy. But, sadly, they couldn't take care of my mom's needs.

The folks at this place showed us around nicely, they all were friendly and the place looked pretty neat. Sadly, they weren't equipped to provide the care level required by my mom so this place just wasn't the best choice for her.

"Underwhelmed: Property Needs Major Upgrades and Cleaning"
I wasn't exactly blown away by this place when I took a tour around it. I think the building could benefit from a major clean-up and plenty of upgrades. It just doesn't look tidy and everything appears old-fashioned. Honestly, I wouldn't want someone I care about to reside there'.

"Great Care and Communication!"
The owner of this home is very open and always lets us know when she'll be out of town. She gives us another contact for emergencies. She also holds meetings to keep us updated. The meals are as good as any place, if not better. We're very happy, and it's nice that she's closer to where she used to live. The only thing I wish they would improve is the windows in her room. They're single-pane, so she gets cold at night. We got her an electric blanket to keep her warm.

"Great care, clean home, and delicious food! Highly recommended."
I really like how kind and gentle the staff are with my mother. I’m very pleased with everything they’ve done for us. This home is well-kept, and they do a great job of keeping everything clean. The staff is wonderful and takes good care of her. There are nice activities for her to choose from. She is eating well, and the food smells delicious. Overall, everything is going well, and I would recommend it.

"Kind and Caring Staff"
I really like how the staff is kind and gentle with my mother. I’m very happy with everything they’ve done for us. The home is well-kept, and they do a good job of keeping it clean. The staff takes good care of her, and there are nice activities for her to choose from. The food smells delicious, and overall, everything is going well. I would recommend this place.

"Middle-of-the-road Review of Assisted Living Facility"
My trip to chat with Claire was pleasant. She felt like a kind-hearted person. One thing I admired about her was her upbeat outlook. When it comes to the good stuff, the cost of the place was somewhat affordable. The facility's workers were kind and engaging. I noticed them interacting with a resident and it was heartwarming. Now moving on to some drawbacks I noticed. The house itself was kinda cramped. The private room was extra tiny without a closet. Plus, the paint job on the walls and window frames was choppy with several chips here and there. Another downside was the location of the house. It was sadly situated right beside a busy, noisy highway. Also, the backyard was petite and the consistent noise from the highway was quite annoying.

"Convenient Location and Responsive Staff Make Living Easier"
This place is really close to where I live, so it's easy for me to go pick up my loved one and take her places, which is nice. The people who work here seem to really care about their jobs. If I ask them to do something, they try their best to make it happen. I'm not sure about the activities they have here. Overall, I'm pretty happy with everything.

"A Wonderful Place for Your Loved Ones!"
I am so happy with the care at Diamond Home Care. The caregivers are truly caring people. My mother is always clean and well taken care of. The owner sends me text messages about my mother’s progress. This place is minutes from my home, so I can see her often. The other residents are cheerful and seem to get along well. I was hesitant to have my mother anywhere but with me. Now I am so relieved and confident that my mother is being taken care of better than I could imagine. They pay attention to her needs and notify us immediately if there are any changes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to place their special female loved ones.

"Engaging and Clean Assisted Living, but Noisy Outside Patio"
This place was really nice and cozy. The house was always clean, and the people who worked there and lived there were friendly and always doing stuff together. The only downside was that it could get pretty loud outside on the patio because there's a freeway right behind the house.
