"Assisted Living Review: Clean, Renovated, Good Staff, Mixed Communication"
This place is super clean, and the rooms look like apartments. They just got renovated, which is cool. The food looks tasty, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. It's easy to get in touch with the staff, but sometimes they could communicate better. I'd totally suggest this community to other people.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Basic Standards"
I went to see this place because a referral agency suggested it. The person who showed me around was nice, but I saw something that worried me. While we were walking around, I noticed that the doors were wide open while the care staff was helping a patient. That didn't seem safe to me. They're fixing up the place, which is good, but there's still a lot that needs to be done. I was particularly interested in the memory care unit, but it didn't meet my expectations. The dining area was a mess. There were old plates of food stacked by the sink, and flies buzzing around. I had high hopes, but I left feeling disappointed. They definitely need to step up their game.

"Mixed Bag: Affordable but Unpleasant"
This place is cheap, but it’s not great. The building is old, and the caregivers don’t seem to care. The food isn’t good, and it’s not clean.

"Uncomfortable visit, strong urine odor, lack of privacy horrifies visitors"
This place barely merits half a star. We were recommended by Kaiser to check it out. It's located right opposite a drug rehab center. When my sister and I entered, the guys at the drug rehab facility started cat calling, making us feel very uncomfortable. Residents were hanging around inside and outside, with no engaging activities in sight (they all seemed pretty bored). The guide for the tour was decent enough, but I couldn't ignore the strong smell of urine in the elevator and throughout the upper floors. As we toured, we noticed employees helping a resident with personal care, but the door was left wide open. What about the resident's privacy? It was enough for us to decide to move on in our search.

"Frustrating Experience with Lack of Response"
I'm really annoyed because I've called twice and nobody called back. This place might be a choice once the AL waiver is accepted.

"Spacious Rooms, Friendly Staff."
Visited an assisted living facility. It was clean, and the rooms were spacious with patios. The common area was a bit small and dark, but the staff was nice and helpful.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
Staff was friendly, but place needs cleaning. Memory care dining area crowded, just folding tables. Rooms spacious but no usable TV without cable.

"Dirty Assisted Living Facility with Uninterested Staff"
We visited this place in the late morning. The floors and walls in the gaming and lounge area were really dirty. Even the other parts of the facility weren't clean at all. Also, the employees didn't seem to care much about interacting with the elderly residents.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I visited this big place with 3 care levels. The staff was nice, showed me around. Memory care unit was huge with private rooms. But I felt it's too big for my mom.

"Unpleasant Experience at Assisted Living Home, Unfair Treatment Faced"
My mother-in-law suffered a heart attack at this assisted living facility and had to be rushed to the ER multiple times. She had to be transferred to another place for short-term care where she received IV fluids, but would usually return to her room here within a month. Whenever this happened, a man named Adam never seemed pleased. One time, my wife had to visit to grab some of her mom's clothes. The front desk lady made her sign a paper before she could take anything. Distressed about her mother's transfer, my wife just signed the paper without much thought. A week later, we got a call asking when we would be coming to clear out her mother's furniture. They even asked if we wanted to donate it. When my wife asked why, she was told by Adam that she had signed a paper saying her mom wouldn't be returning. We thought this was just a small mistake with paperwork that could quickly be resolved. But Adam told my wife that her mom couldn't return anymore because he lost money when she was gone. Adam is such a dishonest person. If anyone from this facility sees this review, please reach out to me - but I don't want to speak to Adam. It would be great to hear from an owner.
