"Assisted Living Location Great but Lacks Resident Comfort"

The place's location is awesome because it's close to me. The house and the area around it look beautiful. There's a huge park right across from the house, which is cool. However, there aren't any people living there, and when I asked why, Peter said they were really picky. Whenever I asked a question, I got vague answers like "it's different for everyone." I didn't really understand what they would do for me. They charge $3,000 plus for care, but they don't offer any other services.
