"Mixed Feelings About Eagle Lake Village Senior Facility"
The Eagle Lake Village Senior Facility has a very friendly, professional, and caring staff. We are dealing with some issues regarding the care, and we hope everything will be resolved. We don't want to relocate our Mom again because the facility is beautiful and everyone is kind. We enjoy being there, but we need to resolve some matters first. They just need to do what they promised.

"Communication Issues Impact Care; Facility Appears Promising Despite Initial Challenges"
The staff at the facility are friendly and the place looks good. However, they're not doing everything they said they would for our care plan. My mom is having trouble adjusting and needs a lot of help, but some things aren't happening. I think it might be because they're not talking to each other enough. We're going to wait and see if things improve.
