"Poor Care and Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
TERRIBLE! We trusted them to take care of our granny, but all they really did was feed her and keep her clean. They tossed around big promises about fun stuff she could do, but most of the time, she was just parked in front of the TV or hanging out in the kitchen. They didn't do much more than bathe her and serve her meals. We weren't kept in the loop about any shifts in her mood, any sicknesses she was dealing with, or when they straight-up ignored what we asked them to do. They even blew off the doctor's advice about ways to help granny's memory and thinking. I would never let them care for someone I love again, and I strongly recommend you look for a better place.

"Clean and Orderly Facility with Comfortable Common Areas"
I liked this place when I visited. I'm not sure it's the best fit because the private room was strangely shaped and felt small for what it costs. The temperature in the whole building felt chilly, and my grandma usually feels cold. The place was clean, looked organized, and had nice areas inside and outside that everyone can use. The building was hard to see from the street but seemed to be well taken care of.

"Great care and activities!"
Eilat's Manor has been a great choice for my parents. The place is clean and well cared for. The meals are tasty, and they feed my parents every two hours with good snacks. There are many activities, like daily exercise and music twice a week. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

"Disappointing Comparison: Clean but Not the Best Care Home"
The place was really tidy. The people showing us around were friendly. But compared to the one we picked, it just didn't measure up.
