"Top-notch care and environment"
My mom lived here for almost a year before she passed away. We moved her from another place in Pleasanton, and the difference in the environment, care, and food was like night and day. This place is the cleanest and nicest. The staff is friendly, kind, and does a great job caring for the residents. I appreciate the TLC given to my amazing mom.

"Substandard Care and Poor Food: Look Elsewhere For Assisted Living"
This place's owner is too focused on money. The care here isn't good and the food is mostly canned goods and cereal. There's an elderly woman overseeing care who can't communicate very well. We transferred our Mom from this place after just a month. If your loved one means a lot to you, do them justice and find another place. Don't be fooled by mere looks.

"Avoid this facility - Your loved ones deserve better care!"
The person in charge here only wants your money. The care offered is extremely poor and the food is mostly just cereal or something from a can. They have an elderly woman supervising the care who struggles with clear communication. After only a month, we had to move our Mom out. If you truly love your family member, please find them a different assisted living facility. Don't be fooled by how it looks on the surface.

"Mother-in-law loves it here; clean, friendly, and perfect fit!"
My mother-in-law loves it here! She's so happy and lively now. It's the cleanest and best place we visited out of many. The staff is really friendly, and it's great that there are other women for her to connect with.

"Unexpected Costs and Poor Service at Assisted Living Facility"
They charged a lot. They hesitated to provide medicines to my loved one. We didn't realize how much care was needed when we moved in – their reaction was really discouraging. Plus, they had unexpected extra costs. They seemed nicer before we lived there than they were afterward.
