"Facility Turns Away Dementia/Hospice Patient, Misdirects to Busy Street"
The place is okay, but they won't take my parent because they might be too hard to handle with their dementia/hospice needs. Plus, they gave me directions to a different branch on a crowded road. It's weird since this place was suggested to us.

"Great place, just needs a few adjustments before commitment"
We really liked this place! It's just a few minutes from our house and feels a lot like home, maybe even better. The available room was bright, clean, and sunny, and the staff was really friendly. The common rooms were pretty dark, which was tough for our loved one since he has trouble seeing, but we were told this could be changed if needed. Another thing to consider is that all the other residents are women, which might be a bit of a change for Dad. We're not ready to make a decision yet, but we hope there will be a spot available here when we're ready.

"Comfortable and Homey Atmosphere"
I chose this facility for my mom because it felt comfortable during my tour. When I walked in and spoke with the director, everything just clicked. The caregivers create a cozy atmosphere and take great care of my mom. I also appreciate the higher caregiver-to-resident ratio here. The staff pays attention to small details, ensuring my mom is clean and comfortable. I recommend this facility to other families.

"Disorganized Facility with Limited Care and No Activities"
Placing my mom here was not a great experience. From the start, nothing was easy. The owner was disorganized because she was planning to leave the country. My sister and I had to handle everything to get my mom there and settled. We had no guidance on what she needed or how to do things. She didn't have a proper shower setup, so they had to give her sponge baths in bed. She didn't get out of bed as often as we wanted. Whenever she needed to go to the doctor, I had to get her out of bed, into a wheelchair, and into a vehicle because there was no transportation. They didn't provide any activities.

Putting my mom here wasn't great. Right from the start, everything was hard. The owner was disorganized because she was trying to leave the country. She didn't get out of bed enough. Whenever she needed to see the doctor, I had to lift her into a wheelchair and put her in the car—there was no transportation. They didn't offer any activities.

"Great care and happy living for mom"
My mom is really happy living here. The staff is wonderful and very caring. The food is good, and she's pleased with the meals they serve. She also enjoys joining in on the activities they offer. I would recommend this place to any family looking for good care for their loved one.

The administrator is very involved and can guide you through all the care your loved one needs. She is honest and genuine, which is rare these days. The facility is spotless and well-kept. The decorations are nice, and the outdoor areas are maintained well. Your loved one will feel special and part of the family here. Be sure to check this place out today!
