"Friendly Staff, Fun Activities, but Costly and Needs Cleaner Spaces"

In the end, we managed to lower the price a bit, but it’s still pretty steep. The place could use a better cleaning. The people who work here are super kind, always ready to lend a hand, and they get back to you fast. The events and stuff to do here are really fun and cool.

"Better Communication Needed at Assisted Living Facility"

They need to improve on telling families about our loved one’s status and progress. They make changes to his care without letting us know or explaining why. Also, all of his personal hygiene products were taken from his room.

"Convenient and Caring Assisted Living Facility"

The staff were nice and paid attention to my needs. I liked that everything was on the same floor. I think others would like it too.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback"

We visited TreVista Concord while looking for a place for our loved one. It wasn't as nice as the other place we saw, and rooms didn't have showers, which was disappointing.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"

My mom is really happy here! She loves the activities and feels at home. At first, we had some concerns about her care, but the TreVista team fixed everything fast and made sure she's well taken care of.

"Inadequate AC in Dining Room at Trevista Assisted Living"

I've been living here for almost five years. Recently, a new corporation called Trevista took over. During this summer's heat advisory, they neglected to turn on the air conditioning in the dining room promptly. It feels like eating in a sauna during the hottest part of the day. Unfortunately, this happens too often. The people who genuinely care about residents—like the housekeepers, caregivers, activities director, and maintenance staff—don't own or run the facility.

"Affordable and spacious facility, but verify medication management carefully."

We picked this place because it was affordable, which worked well for the short time my mom stayed. The rooms are surprisingly large, especially the singles. They've completely renovated the facility, so it looks really beautiful now. I'd advise others to be very clear about medications and stay on top of it with your family members. They didn't follow our instructions, so my mom went without her proper medications for 8 days. Overall, I would recommend this place, as long as you can communicate clearly about medications. My mom had a great time during her stay here.

"Tre Vista: Affordable, Cozy, and COVID-Safe!"

We picked Tre Vista because it cost less to start, and they let my parents share a room. The rooms are okay. The food isn’t great—mostly sandwiches with not much variety. But they handled COVID rules well. Overall, I’d recommend them.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Great Communication"

We picked TreVista because someone suggested it to us. The rooms are a good size and meet our needs. What we like most is that it's affordable, close to family, and the memory care director communicates well. Overall, I recommend it.

""TreVista's Poor Conditions And Services: Not Recommended For Seniors""

This senior care place, called TreVista, is just awful. It used to go by Pine Creek and Entrust, but I think they keep changing the name to avoid getting shut down. The food they give our older citizens is just really bad. They do not take care of the senior's personal needs like bathing, dressing, or cleaning them up correctly when they have accidents. There's no one watching over them for a long time and the front doors aren't locked after closing hours. Even though they charge 2700.00 dollars per bed every month, their customer service is bad and management keeps changing annually. The nurse doesn't let the family know about any changes happening to their grandparents or other family. I definitely won't suggest this place to anyone.

"Unfit Management and Poor Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"

I wouldn't advise anyone to choose this assisted living facility for their loved ones. My dad is currently living there and it's honestly horrendous. The Executive Director is operating the place, even though their certification/licence has expired 5 months ago. The staff is always changing because of how the Director is managing things. Beyond a poorly managed staff, the facilities themselves stink and the quality of services provided is poor. On top of all this, they're always being criticized by the state and having to sell because they consistently fail to profit.

"I Highly Recommend Courtyards Assisted Living"

Since [Removed] became the Executive Director, the place has improved significantly. It's incomparable to the old Courtyards. If there are any issues, the new administration handles them efficiently. The only downside is the growing population over the past year, which can make it challenging for those needing more care. Personally, I only use the weekly room cleaning, laundry, and included meals. Highly recommended!
