"Improved Activities and Tech Access Needed at Assisted Living Facility"
The food options mainly consist of fresh fruits and vegetables, which is good. It would be great if they could organize activities like arts & crafts or puzzles to keep our minds busy. I also wish we could watch a live stream of the main living area, similar to how daycares have cameras that parents can use to check on their kids. When will we get WiFi so we can set up a tablet for video calls?

I'm really glad A Place For Mom helped me find this place for my sister. The owner at Evergreen is great—she's super helpful and even sends me videos to keep me updated on my sister's well-being. My sister is content staying there.

"Friendly Staff and Safety, but Place Seems Old and Dim"
The staff is really nice and they follow CDC safety rules. But the building looks old and dark. The residents seem happy interacting with the staff. The price is fair.

"Such a wonderful place for Grandma!"
We couldn't imagine a better place for my grandmother. The staff takes amazing care of her and the other 13 residents. They are very attentive and keep them busy with activities. They even decorate and bring entertainment for special holidays. All the meals are homemade, and when we visit, they make sure we get some too – and it's always delicious. There's also a nice patio out back for the residents to enjoy. I feel confident that my grandmother is safe and well cared for here. I would highly recommend this home for a loved one.

"Caring Community with Limited Activities, Appealing Meals, Worth Visiting"
This place is really nice and caring. There are lots of people here who need extra help. They have some activities, but not a ton. That was okay, but it wasn't exactly what we wanted. The food looked good and seemed tasty. I think other families should check out this place to see what it has.

"Clean, Affordable, and Perfect Location for Family Visits"
The place is very clean and affordable. I’m really happy with it. While it doesn’t have as many activities as some other places, I’m still satisfied. They respond well to our requests. For example, we asked them to take my father for a walk, and they did. Since he moved there, he seems more energetic. My only concern is that he’s not used to the food. We bring him fresh fruit and vegetables. Other than that, everything is great. The location is perfect because it’s close to several relatives who visit him. Location was my top priority.

The place is really clean and affordable. I’m very happy with it. There might not be as many activities as other places, but I’m still satisfied. They listen to our requests. "Personalized Care Close to Home: Highly Recommend for Seniors"
I like that the manager here keeps me informed about my mom’s needs, like when she needs more medicine or diapers. Whenever we take her out, they make sure she’s dressed nicely and looks neat. There are only 10 or 12 residents, but they always have enough staff. I picked this place because it’s close to where I live, which is really convenient. But the most important thing is that my mom gets the care she needs.

"Great Care and Convenient Location"
I really like the person who manages the facility. She keeps me updated on things and lets me know when my mom needs more meds, more diapers, and stuff like that. When we take her out for lunch or something, they always have her neatly dressed and groomed. There are only 10 or 12 people there, and they always have enough staff. I chose this place because it’s close to where I live, which is very convenient, but the bottom line is that she gets more care.
