"Charming Home with Attached Care Services"
This place is lovely and comes with care services. The common area in the house is small and dark, and you can see the available bedroom directly from there.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom moved here. When she got sick, they wouldn't keep her until she got better. The boss wasn't helpful, and we worried about how they treated Mom. We took her somewhere else. The workers didn't pay much attention to people and weren't nice. I wouldn't tell others to come here.

"Short-staffed assisted living cautious about high-care residents; Helpful George."
The place didn't have enough workers, and they weren't ready to care for my mom's needs. But George was really nice and helpful.

"Loving care in beautiful surroundings helped my dad thrive."
My father lived here for almost three years. He had Alzheimer's and recently passed away. I highly recommend Fair Oaks Villa Home Care. George, Maria, and Daniel are some of the kindest, most patient people I've ever met. The surroundings are beautiful, Maria's meals are delicious, and my father became part of their family. When I brought him here from another place, he was on so many meds for paranoia and outbursts that he was almost comatose. George promised they’d make a space for my dad where the meds wouldn’t be needed. Within a couple of months, my dad, who had lost a lot of weight, was content and had gained at least 20 pounds. When I visited in warm weather, I often found him outside with George, rocking in a chair and enjoying his favorite music. I will always be grateful for the loving care they gave my dad in his final years.

Disappointed Family
"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
It was a nice place, a small care facility. My father-in-law stayed there for about a year and a half. The care was good until the end. They promised to care for him until he passed away, but unfortunately, they couldn't give him medicine because they lacked licensed staff. We had to find another home in a hurry, which was stressful. Overall, it was a good place, but towards the end, they became insensitive to our situation.

"Excellent care, caring staff, and flexible with requests."
They are taking excellent care of Mom. She has a female caregiver who truly cares. They are also flexible with your requests and needs.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Lack of Resident Presence and Unanswered Questions in Assisted Living"
The place was big, but I hardly ever saw any people living there. And when I asked some important questions about how they take care of people, the caretakers couldn't give me clear answers.

"Cozy Home Not Ideal for Mom, Suited for Men"
This home seemed nice, but the rooms were super small. We didn't think it would be good for my mom. It might be better for men. George and his wife were really nice though.
