"Great Place, But Couldn't Afford It"
I had a look around Fairwinds, it’s a pretty nice place. The problem is, it was too costly for me. The staff member who showed me around was super helpful and gave me lots of details in the form of brochures. However, the price just didn't make sense for my budget.

"Great Care and Clean Community"
I really like the care my dad gets here. The place is always clean, and the food looks good. They offer activities for my dad, but he’s not into them. We would definitely recommend this community for its care and value.

"Elegant Assisted Living with Top-Notch Care"
I checked out a lot of assisted living places from the 405 to Westlake, and Fairwinds stood out by far. Choosing to move my mom there was an easy decision. Sure, it's pricey, but so are all of them. The place is beautiful, her apartment is charming, the food is delicious, and she really enjoys the activities! Most other places had skilled nursing areas that felt and smelled like hospitals, and their independent-living areas were huge but didn’t feel cozy. Fairwinds is like a fancy hotel with top-notch care. What a great find!

"Promising Start for Dad's New Home"
My dad just moved in a week ago. It's tough adjusting, but I think this place suits him well. It's too soon to give a full rating, but Fairwinds seems like a really good spot so far.

"Assisted Living: Extra Services, No Memory Care"
Extra services at Assisted Living, but no memory care or advanced nursing. Most residents are around 84 years old. They're quite active, and only a few need significant assistance. Transportation services and activities are good.

"Great place, but better for active seniors. Mom needs help."
This place is really nice. It's big, which is cool, but it might be tough for my mom to get around on her own because it's so big and has a lot going on. It seems like it's more suited for older folks who are still pretty active.
