"Spotless Facility with Spacious Rooms and Lots of Fun!"

This place is super tidy with big rooms and a huge kitchen. They've got fun stuff to do if you're interested. The backyard is big and has trees and a garden. The people who work here seem to pay a lot of attention to everyone.

"Feels like home!"

My mother was nervous, but when we walked into FLA Care Homes, we both knew it was the right choice. It felt like home right away. I looked at other places nearby—one was a little cheaper, and one was a lot more expensive—but they felt more like hospitals. FLA Care Homes truly feels like home. We are very happy here and recommend it to everyone!

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement for Dad's Level of Care"

They were okay with dinner and giving Dad his medicine, but they're not ready for someone like my dad. There were a couple of things they couldn't do. One big problem is that Dad's weak on one side, but they put the table on his weak side and don't have anything to help him. Also, his bed touches his dresser, making it hard to move him properly. So, those are some things I worry about. Still, I think it's better for him to stay here, even though they're not fully prepared for someone like him. They don't even have air conditioning, and there have been other issues. The caregiver is nice, but she's really small and can't even help with moving him, although she's really friendly.

"Under-prepared Facility Struggles with Specialized Needs"

The assisted living facility provided dinner and administered medication well. However, they don't seem entirely ready to accommodate my father's requirements. I take issue with a couple of things. Dad is weak on one side and despite feeding himself, the tables were placed inconveniently towards his weaker side. They lack any protective covering over him. Also, I've noticed his bed's foot makes contact with his dresser, making it challenging for him to get off from the bed, as there's no room for staff to help him properly. Despite these challenges, I believe it's better for him to stay in a facility like this instead of a different place. But, they don't have every facility like air conditioning and there have been other problems too. The main caregiver is very pleasant, but she's so tiny that she can't help with moving him around. However, her pleasant demeanor is a plus.

"Caring owners run a bright, welcoming assisted living facility"

The Director and her husband seem to really care about this bright and clean place. The carpet is everywhere except in the kitchen, bathrooms, and by the exit doors. The furniture in the common areas is soft, just the right height for everyone, and looks nice. The residents seem calm and well taken care of. The food smells delicious from the kitchen. Residents are also encouraged to explore outside activities at a Senior Center with the help of Outreach transportation, though there may be extra fees for that.

"Comfortable Assisted Living Facility with Responsive Owner and Staff"

This assisted living place is really clean and has lots of space indoors. The backyard could use some tidying up though. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to, and actually lives right there. There's one caregiver who's full-time and lives there too. They've been running this place since '95 and at this location since '01.

"FLA Care Home: Friendly Staff, Pricey for Budgets"

Got an email from them at first. The place is now called FLA Care Home. The lady I spoke to was really friendly. But she mentioned that the price range is too high for my dad’s budget—between $2500 and $3500.

"Got Initial Email from FLA Care Home, Prices Too High"

Got an email from them at first. They're now called FLA Care Home. It was really nice chatting with them. But, she mentioned that their cost- $2500 to $3500, is too steep for my Dad's budget.
