"Mixed Experience at Foothill Village Assisted Living"
My wife stayed briefly at Foothill Village. Here's what I noticed: The place is clean and well-kept. Most caregivers were helpful and polite, but they weren't certified medical assistants. The top management seemed unreliable. The management and finance departments seemed controlled by a corporate entity that wasn't very flexible with billing and took a long time to provide invoices. The director of the Memory Care unit was caring and knowledgeable, with over 40 years of experience. That was the best part of my experience.

"Mom's Positive Experience"
The staff takes good care of my mom, and she's having a positive experience. Everything is fine.
