My dad stayed at this place and he experienced terrible service. The staff seemingly didn't notice him and the facility was in poor condition. It was truly unclean and I would advise against sending your parents here. Their main focus seems to be money.

"Gloomy facility with unmotivated staff and poor management"
I visited this place while I was searching for a spot for my mom. Honestly, I didn't like it much. It felt gloomy and sad. The tour guide was the wife of the owner and she didn't do a good job highlighting the bright sides of the place. She was pretty careless when walking me through the medication procedures for my mom. Also, when I talked to the head nurse, they didn’t seem too interested to discuss the medication issue. The whole place didn't seem very well-managed. I would not suggest other families to consider this facility.

Everything has been awesome so far. We really like this place. My grandma loves the activities, and they keep everyone busy. The food is tasty, and the staff is super nice.

"Decent Assistive Living Home With Flexible Dementia Care"
I thought the place was good. It was clean and had a lot of room. The shared spaces were nice and welcoming. They provide different kinds of care for folks with changing needs due to dementia. Our afternoon tour was very peaceful.

"Decent Assisted Living Facility with Some Room for Improvement"
So far everything seems to be going well, though nothing is perfect. The staff are caring and usually quick to help when needed. They provide meals and make sure everyone eats. Every day they have activities planned. On the first day, my mom even made a friend. The only issue I have is that clothing items sometimes get lost. One personal item from Victoria's Secret was never found. Considering the cost for residents in the dementia/alzheimer's unit, it would be nice if they added fresh paint. They might not notice, but it would make the place look nicer. The front entrance is very nice when you walk in.

"A Touch-Up Needed for Alzheimer's Wing"
This place is pretty good overall. The staff are nice and usually quick to help. They make sure everyone eats and plan activities every day. My mom even made a friend on her first day. But sometimes clothes go missing, like a Victoria's Secret item that never turned up. For what people pay here, they could spruce up the Dementia/Alzheimer's area with fresh paint. Even though residents might not notice, it would make it look nicer. The front entrance is already nice, though.

I had a really good time visiting The Commons at Dallas Ranch. Everything looked super pretty and neat. The people who worked there were really friendly, and the person showing us around knew a lot. I checked out a bunch of other places too, and they were all nice. It was a fun experience.

They are very nice to my mom, which matters a lot to me. They offer lots of activities to keep everyone busy and active. The care services are great, and my mom is well taken care of. Since moving my mom to this campus, I feel she is really safe and has a wonderful home for her future. Thank you for the quick responses to all our requests for services from the office or the grounds staff. You all are so polite and kind. I hope my mom can stay at this lovely home for the rest of her life. She is still so independent and VERY HAPPY here at Foremost! I know this will be possible if the prices stay fairly fixed. I love that she is only 37 miles from my home instead of 300, where she used to live. From the bottom of my heart, and from all my mom's children, we are truly grateful that your campus is her home.

"Fantastic Service and a Great Place to Live!!"
Since I arrived at your campus, everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful. I love my place here and have been very happy with Jason and his nephew Freddy, who have taken great care of any property concerns I’ve had. They are all so friendly and make me feel at home. I also enjoy my neighbors and the peacefulness of the campus. I appreciate being able to cook for myself, as I’ve always done for myself and my family. I might visit the dining room someday, but I chose this place because of the option to use it or not. The beautiful area and the feeling of safety sold me. My only worry is that the apartment price isn’t fixed, which is a concern since I’m on a fixed income.

"A Wonderful Place to Stay and Recover!"
Foremost was my top pick for my friend, who’s staying here for a month to recover and might even decide to stay longer. Her family, who lives far away, asked me to find a place close to her home. This place is wonderful, clean, and has very caring staff. The grounds are beautiful, with roses, a green lawn, wedding arbors (yes, they often have weddings), lovely shade trees, and everything is well-kept. They offer lots of activities like Bingo, Poker, fitness exercises, Bible studies, games, puzzles, and even Luaus. The rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. Personal items are displayed on walls and doors, making it feel cozy and homey. From the receptionist to the kitchen staff, the administrator, and the owner, everyone makes us feel welcome and cared for. I talked to residents who have lived here for 10 years and they are very happy and well looked after.

"Friendly staff and great community atmosphere"
We talked to them and visited the community. All the staff, even those in the hallways, were really friendly. We felt good about the costs and saw that they keep residents active. The place has a great vibe and feels more like a big community than a facility. We recommend it to everyone and are even thinking about moving another family member here.
