"Understaffed Facility Resulted in Loved One's Preventable Falls"

I think they didn't have enough staff and they really weren't properly trained either. The whole thing was pretty terrible. If I had the right things going for me, I might've even tried to sue the place. My loved one fell two times while being there. I really think both those falls could've been stopped.

It's alright, but it's an older place. Needs some sprucing up. Staff is nice, and they take good care.

"Happy Atmosphere with Budget Flexibility"

Our loved one sometimes finds the food bland with small portions, but they’re enjoying the activities now that they’ve resumed. The budget flexibility at the start was appreciated. Everyone is cheerful, and the hallway always echoes with music.

"Scheduled Tour Reveals Ownership Change"

I’m thinking about moving into a place for long-term nursing care, just to be safe. I made plans to visit the nursing home at 10 in the morning. It’s the same place my aunt was at for her shoulder, but it’s run by different people now. The tour is set for this coming Monday, also at 10 a.m.

"Great Care and Detailed Information at [Removed] Assisted Living"

Swas really nice and told us a lot about how they take care of people and how they would help our dad. He’s in hospice, and they said they’d work closely with us. We’re thinking about choosing them in the end.

I went to check out this place, and it seemed pretty nice. Everything looked good during the tour, and I didn't notice any problems. I wanted a place that was easy for me to reach.

"Great choice for mom friendly staff and flexible activities"

We visited a lot of places before deciding on this one for my mom. The staff here are super friendly and nice! They have lots of activities, but they don’t make anyone join if they don’t want to, which is perfect since my mom sometimes prefers to skip them. I haven’t tasted the food myself, but my mom says she likes it. Overall, this place seems like a really good choice!

"Excellent Care and Friendly, Helpful Staff"

My mother is doing great here, and I feel confident she’s in good hands. They take excellent care of her needs and offer many activities for her to enjoy when she’s ready. The room and the whole facility are kept clean and tidy. The staff is awesome friendly and always willing to help. I’m really comfortable with the care she’s getting here. I definitely recommend this place.

The tour was brief and gloomy, snack options only available from a vending machine. Meal plans are predetermined with fixed seating arrangements, though the price is more favorable.

Back in 2013, I discovered the best assisted living facility. They charged a flat monthly fee of $2,200, which covered everything.
