"Care Lacking for Alzheimer’s Patient"
My family member with Alzheimer’s didn’t get the right care. It seemed like the staff didn’t really understand how to handle his illness. When they tried to help him change clothes, they held him down, but that wasn’t the right way to do it. He got upset, fought back, and ended up hurting himself. After he had to visit the ER, the facility decided they couldn’t keep him there anymore because he was too hard to handle. The staff members were friendly, and the young women there were kind, but it looked like they just didn’t know the best way to take care of him.

"Caring, Clean Assisted Living!"
The staff is nice, and the place is super clean. They really care about the residents. The staff-to-resident ratio is great, which matters a lot. I’d tell others to check out this community.
