"Assisted Living Review: Genesis Manor"
We picked Genesis Manor because they had space when we needed it. My mother-in-law wanted him nearby, so location mattered. The staff was nice, but language was sometimes a problem. We wished for an outdoor space for residents to enjoy sunlight and fresh air.

"Caring, Clean, and Safe: A Positive Assisted Living Experience"
My mom is at the Rancho Cucamonga house. During my first visit last week, I noticed they’re taking excellent care of her. The house was clean, odor-free, and well-organized. Our unannounced visit revealed a TV, comfy lounge chairs, and a safe lift for getting residents out of bed. Even though Mom can’t express herself clearly, she seems better here than in her previous transition/rehab facility.

"Excellent care and value for my mom."
I really like the care my mom gets here. The staff is kind and meets all her needs. We’re happy with their care, which includes services like hairdressing and medication refills. They keep me updated on her daily progress. Although they don’t offer activities due to her condition, they are available for those who can join in. This is a great community with excellent care for her needs. I highly recommend it for outstanding care and value. There's a small fee for the assessment, but it's included if your loved one moves in. Families will appreciate the excellent care and value here.
