"Affordable Care Home Lacks Initial Assessment for Potential Residents"
This care home is within easy reach from my house and relatively affordable, with a monthly flat rate of $3,000. The only accessible room is quite small. The staff member I conferred with was affable and responsibly answered all my inquiries. At present, the residence accommodates 6 individuals, but currently has only 5. One elderly woman slumbered in a recliner in the somewhat dim living room, the curtains were drawn. Knowing my mother loves bright spaces, I'm uncertain about the extent of this factor. Oddly enough, the owner conducts no preliminary assessment to determine if potential clients are suitable for his establishment. A deposit of $500 secures a place, granting a week to relocate and pay the remaining rent for the month. Interestingly, other homes have approached me with a standard assessment process for their potential residents.
