"Feels Like a Real Home with Caring Staff"
Glencrest Manor takes excellent care of my loved one. The staff is very helpful, patient, and easy to work with. The place is clean and doesn’t have any smell. I like that it’s a house turned into a care facility; it feels like a real home, not an institution. They don’t have many activities, but they serve home-cooked meals three times a day. I’m confident my loved one is getting all the care and attention she needs.

"Looking for More Focused Dementia Care Home"
We couldn't check out this place personally. However, after talking about what they offer, we think Mom needs a place that focuses more on her memory-illness care.

"Great Care and Happy Mom"
I would tell my friends and family about this place because they take great care of my mom. She is happy and always tells me she loves it here. The food and activities are really good. The staff talk to me a lot. I can see they are taking good care of her. It’s a good place for my mom.

"Incredible Care and Compassion at Glencrest Manor"
My mom lived at Glencrest Manor for 1 1/2 years. She passed away two weeks ago. She always said, "You picked the best place." Her passing was hard, but the love and care from the owner her sister, and all the caregivers were incredible. In her last days, when she was unresponsive and in palliative/hospice care, a caregiver stayed in her room on the couch to keep her comfortable and ensure she wasn’t alone. He was there with her at the end, at 11:15 pm. She also helped my sister and me with post-death tasks that the nurses couldn’t handle. I am forever grateful for their compassion towards my mom and our family. "Thank you" doesn’t fully express my appreciation.

"Safe and Caring Place for Mom"
This place is awesome with really caring people. They take my mom to her doctor appointments, which can be a lot. My mom is slowly going into dementia, and they are very patient with her. She has always been very independent and doesn't give up control easily. There's not much for her to do there since the other patients aren't very active. But the most important thing is she is safe and well cared for.

"Wonderful care in a safe and supportive environment"
This is a great place with really caring people. They help with doctor appointments, which can be a lot. My mom is not showing signs of dementia quickly, and they are very patient with her. She’s always been independent and doesn’t want to lose control easily. There isn’t a lot of activities for her to do, and the other residents aren’t very active. But the most important thing is that she is safe and well taken care of.
