" "Expensive Facility Fails on Comfort, Food and Overall Sanitation" "
The Assisted Living Facility: All Show and No Comfort" This assisted living facility absolutely doesn't live up to its advertising! If I had the choice, I wouldn't even grace it with a single star. Despite the steep costs, they don't provide air conditioning, even though there's a unit installed right on the side of the building. They claim it's broken - seems like that's their way of cutting corners. Let's talk about the food - or lack thereof. Lunch is typically a single boiled chicken leg, some cold, frozen vegetables, and a hefty helping of plain white rice. And no matter what, they always serve Sunny Delight, which is pretty much just sugary water. Not exactly ideal for a diabetic like me, but they seem to care more about saving money than catering to our health needs! And the bathrooms? Far from acceptable! They're seriously lacking in necessary handrails and often run out of essential supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. It's a sanitation disaster, for residents as well as visitors. Visiting hours are only until 6pm. What a joke! Considering that most people finish work around then and still need to travel across town, it means visits are limited to just a few short moments. They certainly aren't accommodating when it comes to flexibility either. My advice? Don't let your loved ones endure this place. You'll only end up regretting it.

"Good Food, Caring Staff"
My dad really likes living at Golden Care Living. He gets three meals every day, and the caregivers make sure he's clean by giving him baths every day. We feel relieved knowing he's safe, and the staff truly cares about him. Seeing him happy there makes us happy too.
