"More Staff Needed for Comfort"
I'd feel better if there were more aides available. This place is run by a family, so they're here often, but not constantly. Right now, there's just one worker. Besides that, I enjoy the friendly and capable atmosphere.

"Needs More Staff, Overall Nice Family Environment"
This place is nice, but I think it needs more staff. They only have one worker, and it's a family-owned place, so the family members are around, but not always. Apart from that, I like how it feels like a family here. Everyone is friendly and knows what they're doing.
