"Welcoming Staff, Clean Rooms, Odor Needs Improvement, Good Communication"

The Director and her staff were really nice and helpful. There was a bit of a smell in the kitchen, but it was clean. The rooms looked clean too, with no smell. The Director explained everything they do there, and I liked that she said we can talk to any of the family members of the clients to hear their opinions about the care. This place seemed a lot better than the other facility.
